The Company's product development and clinical trial scheduling is geared toward preserving as much of the remaining patent life for each commercialized product as possible. In every case, the owner of the patent (domestic or international) is the Board of Regents of The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Cell>Point has full patent rights for life of patent.
